Here's a write-up in our local paper from 1986:


This article is from our university's alumni magazine. It describes the tour we made to St. Petersburg and Moscow in 1993:

As soon as we arrived in Moscow (despite the jet lag), we went directly to Arbat Street (the Bourbon Street of Moscow) and began playing. Passersby immediately began assembling to get into the music. The two young guys squatting there in front were especially enthusiastic.


Our local newspaper did another article about us in 1994. Note the hand-painted bass drum head announces our original name, "The Academy of St. Boatwright-on-the-Lake:
